Looks like I’m going to have to do some photo Christmas cards this year. Guess I’ll start looking for a good photo.

Love it! What a sweet business! I do love holy cards very much. I like to give them to people in the hospital or who are ill. To me it sort of “claims the space” for Christ when someone is in the hospital. Maybe the person who is ill will spend time looking at the card and find comfort, maybe the staff sees it and is inspired, all good effects. I often bring a blessed palm and tack that up somewhere, there’s always a space. I will peruse this business online tomorrow. :)

Yes, Father, I love these vintage holy cards also. I have my childhood missal and also a container filled with the holy cards my grandmother sent me. Let’s just say they are from “decades” ago :). I hope one of my children or grandchildren will treasure them when I am gone. They all have little notes on them from my grandmother. Just as beautiful architecture does, they evoke something supernatural.

Sandy: Don’t hope, why not pray today with your children/grandchildren and these precious cards? Saints are the best teachers…
