I was out for supper with an American priest and his parents, here as part of a tour. Nice family. They said that I had had an influence on how they lived their faith. That’s good to hear once in a while. I am grateful.
We ate at a place I often go to, though they have been a bit up and down lately. Frankly, the place I wanted to go wouldn’t seat us because they were too early (which isn’t what their site said). Some highlights.

But Fr.! What’s wrong with rain in Rome? It seems charming. You could make a YouTube channel of 10 hours of it and call it Relaxing Roman Rain for study and sleep and maybe get a new income stream.

You could, except that you’d have to listen to the constant noise of sirens intermixed with Italian men yelling at each other. Maybe throw in some Africans selling water and roses. Lol. Father, you must do this. Just set up a camera on a tripod for an hour and loop it.
