Can there be any doubt that the publishing of the “permission” list is a vile example of public gloating? Do people still think Roche was completely misrepresenting Pope Leo when he said that the pope has no intentions of reversing T.C.? Liturgical abuses are terrible. The persecution against TLM Catholics is terrible. But this notion that the liturgy is little more than the prisoner and plaything of whatever old men are lording it over within Vatican walls is a supremely awful thing.
At this point, the Vatican is making the Augean Stables look like a Buc-ee’s restroom. And there is no Heracles on the horizon so far as I can see.

In the meantime, parishes are closing, more souls are being left at the doorsteps of hell, the Vatican is going bankrupt, and I’d love to see more time being spent on Eucharistic processions. Ho hum.

The goose is somewhat topical, as his honking in warning is supposed to be similar to the warning speech of a monk who spots a danger to the community, or even an enemy of God.
Maybe those are teeth, in order to point out the similarity to a human? Or maybe they are stones that the goose is using for digestion?
The whiteness of the goose indicates that it is domesticated and hence somewhat disorderly, unlike wild geese that migrate in orderly formation. (At least according to Thomas of Cantimpre, who was a source for Naturen Bloeme.)
In re Nostra Ætate, this is not an invention of the Council. St. Paul tells us in Romans 11:28-29:
“In respect to the gospel, they are enemies on your account; but in respect to election, they are beloved because of the patriarchs. For the gifts and the call of God are irrevocable.”
