Everyone: You might check the left side bar for a link about the pilgrimage to Rome I am going to be helping out in November.
I got a not today that the early registration rate might still be available.

“This blog is rather like a fusion of the Baroque ‘salon’ with its well-tuned harpsichord around which polite society gathered for entertainment and edification and, on the other hand, a Wild West “saloon” with its out-of-tune piano and swinging doors, where everyone has a gun and something to say. Nevertheless, we try to point our discussions back to what it is to be Catholic in this increasingly difficult age, to love God, and how to get to heaven.” - Fr. Z

Father:
This is slightly off-topic, but will you be in Rome in the middle of October at the same time as the 20th Anniversary of the FSSP? I will be there then, so if so, it would be good meet in person.
If I didn’t have a my friends’ wedding on Oct. 31st and had some money I would so be on that trip. One of these days I’ll get back to Rome, but for now I will have to live by and with my memories of World Youth Day 2000 and a class trip with Seton Hall in 2001.
Even more off topic, but Mark – you’re attending the FSSP celebrations? This UKer is thinking of attending as well! Another Pontifical High Mass with Card Castrillon-Hoyos. Heh.
Fr Z – are you planning on being there?
Yes, I am, Justin! I am going with Fr Emerson (FSSP) and a bunch of Edinburgh Uni students… :-D
