YOUR URGENT PRAYER REQUESTS

PLEASE use the sharing buttons! Thanks!

In your charity would you please take a moment look at the requests and to pray for the people about whom you read?

Continued from THESE.

Let’s remember all who are ill, who will die soon, who have died recently, who have lost their jobs, who are afraid.

I get many requests by email asking for prayers. Some are heart-achingly grave and urgent.

As long as my blog reaches so many readers in so many places, let’s give each other a hand. We should support each other in works of mercy.

If you have prayer requests, post them below.

You have to be registered here and approved to be able to post.

I have a personal intention.

Also, I ask prayers for a godson, who with his wife is experiencing a major employment setback from downsizing due to A.I.   For all those seeking employment!  St. Joseph!  Help!

Intentions of and reparation of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary, and the Chaste Heart of Good St. Joseph. Reparation to the Holy Face of Jesus & Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament.

Restoration of the Holy Mother the Church, and for all bishops, priests, religious, seminarians and novices. And for an increase in vocations.

Restoration and conversion of our country, her leaders, and her peoples. For an end to all legalized sin.

For the release of the Holy Souls in Purgatory, especially the most abandoned and forgotten, and those furthest from Heaven.

Conversion of sinners and the enemies of God (and the crushing of their plans). For peace in the world, especially in the Middle East. For the conversion of the hearts of all involved in this conflict. The needs of the Church, nation, & world (temporal & spiritual, public & private).

Please pray for mercy & repose of the soul of Caden (early 20’s), who unexpectedly lost his life in a car accident 3 weeks ago. For the repose of the souls of Fr. Dreher & Fr. Jason Jones. For my 54 Day Rosary Novena Petitions & other various novena petitions. For A.’s knee.

Please be assured of my prayers for all the intentions listed here, but also will be praying for all of Fr. Z’s readership & their intentions.

    Deo Gratias!

For my Aunt, Catharine Wood, who passed away on the 25th. She was 81. Eternal Rest Aunt Catharine. For her husband Brendan and children.

  3. The Bruised Optimist says:

    Prayers said for your godson!

I believe he will be the first of many. It is a revolution equal to the industrial revolution. Jobs will change drastically, as they I did in that revolution, and (now, as then) for the worse. You will not get to be a silversmith, you will work on a vast glorious production line for Oneida. What glorious, infinite dignity will AI facilitate – I am young enough to very likely find out.

The industrial revolution ultimately gave birth to Marxism as a humanist way in which to deal with the inhumanity created. A horrific way in practice but sounds nice in principle. What will be the analogous humanist response to the inhumanity created by this AI revolution? Whatever it is, if it is as godless as Marxism, it will be even more horrific.
Thankfully, despite man’s best efforts, the world is never godless. In the dimness of the gulag and the tottering steps of the death march, Christ is present – and has promised to be until the end of the age.

  7. Sportsfan says:

I just had my second surgery on my left eye and will have my third surgery on my right eye in a few weeks for glaucoma. Please pray the surgery goes well and my eyes heal properly this time. I am losing sight quickly and dread the thought of being led around the rest of my life.
    God’s Will be done.
