Another funny video from Lutherans

Not all explanations have to be dry.

A funny video from the guys at Lutheran Satire:

I think I should commit to memory that last quickly delivered blast response to why the “preacher”‘s floating interlocutor has never heard any of his explanations (thus suggesting that they aren’t to be believed).

Guys this smart…. you’d think that… well….

Hilarious. Maybe the Pope could watch it to help him understand his exegesis of Christ and the Pharisees a little better.

Indeed. Unfortunately, Yul Brynner was not available to provide a better idea. …Besides, Horus got scared and skipped town, lest he have his imaginary god butt kicked in public!

On a more serious note, I wish such a video as this would’ve been available about 20-25 years ago. It would’ve been oh, so helpful, in contending against a determined secular university environment.
Our chancellor was only too eager to promote “women and minorities”, as he put it, but I don’t think he cared much for Christians. He had to tolerate a few street preachers here and there and the already-existing churches on campus. I’ve never thought he liked us being there very much though.

I am hesitant to recommend Lutheran Satire to Catholic friends because I did find some rabid anti-Catholicism lurking in the archives. And this kind of thing I can usually attribute to ignorance, but anyway… the rest of their stuff is so intellectually hilarious that I derive great personal enjoyment from it. I subscribed on YouTube and this turned up in my feed a few days ago. Thanks for sharing.

  13. That was good. Entertaining. And accurate. And Short Attention Span Theater length.

Yea, so why aren’t these guys in the ‘hood with us?
