I recognize that bottle as one given to me by neighbors for my graduation from BC in 2004. The bottle magically disappeared from the fridge shortly thereafter. Probably regifted by someone it didn’t belong to in the first place.

    Dear Father,

Could you publish some thought on the 1) sins of lying -which causes destruction in another’s life
    2)the sins of slander-detraction-etc–which harms another’s reputation
    3) what does the Church teach about these matters
    4) if a person who has committed these sins wants to confess and receive absolution what does he need to do make restitution to the harm he has caused the other person

I know of two people who read this site religiously–maybe you could provide the means which they could respond to the grace of conversion and restore the brokeness in their lives.

    God bless you,

    james weber
