I offer my prayers through the intercession of St. Robert Bellarmine.
Poor Priest. Only a few more days until Father’s Fay too. I will pray for him.
WDTPRS readers may want to remember their favorite EF Mass Priest/Fathers this Maundy Thursday and give them a Father’s Day Gift.
Maundy Thursday has always been “Father’s Day” for me
Lord, have mercy!
Why Lord, the good ones ????
Oh, how terrible-and especially during Holy Week, too!
An Ave Maria for him….please, dear Mother, help your priest/son.
Pater noster…
Ave Maria…
Gloria…
He will be in my prayers today. If your reader has updates, please do let us know!
My prayers too, for this priest and for someone to be available to do what he normally does while he is recovering.
Mother Mary, please ask your precious Son, to heal this other son of yours. Saints and angels, pray for him too.
I’m happy to report that the last word we heard from Fr. Parent is that he
is at home resting after suffering a concussion. He even said he would be
ready to say Easter Mass for us. Thank the good Lord. Our Palm Sunday Mass
at the Portland cathedral was cancelled because he was in the hospital. We
were going to look into having a backup priest for Easter if necessary. We
pray that won’t be necessary. But we’d be delighted to have you, Fr. Z.
I was about to say, I’m sure the good folks back in my hometown would LOVE to have you visit.
I will pray for him.
May the Holy Jesuit and Lay Martyrs of North America restore him to health.
