Certainly! I will remember him at Mass as well!
Saints Cosmas and Damian pray for him!
I try to say a Litany of Compassion for the Sick each day. Today’s special intention will be for that priest. May God turn His gracious countenance toward him and give him His peace.
An Ave has been said for him….dearest Mary, please help Fr. Z’s friend, Fr. B.
… and done.
Done.
done.

Hear us, Almighty and most merciful God and Saviour; extend thy accustomed goodness to this thy servant who is grieved with sickness. Visit him, O Lord, with thy loving mercy, and so restore him to his former health, that he may give thanks unto thee in thy holy Church; through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Amen.
Done.
I offer my prayers through the intercession of Sts. Cyrus, John, Luke, Cosmas, Damien, Panteleimon, Gianna Beretta Molla, Giuseppe Moscati, and Blessed Laszlo.
I’ve said a prayer for Fr. B and will remember him when I celebrate Mass tomorrow.
American Mother, Beautiful prayer.
I have prayed for Fr. B. and will continue to pray for him. Perhaps in our daily prayers for Priests, we might remember those who are ill, also.
Done
wanda, the Anglicans (before the prayerbook “reform”) had some beautiful prayers for all occasions. This is one of the old ones that our family has used for years. I like to think of it carrying all the heartfelt prayers of those that have used the form for generations.
And I agree, it’s an excellent idea to pray for priests who are ill on a regular basis.
Done.
I hope that Fr. B also has people with him to cheer him up and give him moral/emotional support. That’s pretty important when facing serious illness. I’ll pray that he has that as well.
Excuse us dear Mother if we, your children, trouble you again with a humble request.
Ave Maria, gratia plena, Dominus tecum! Benedicta in mulieribus et benedictus fructus ventris tui, Jesus.
Sancta Maria, Mater Dei, ora pro nobis, nunc et in hora mortis nostrae. Amen.
Praying for Fr. B.
