Saint Pio, please pray for these parents in the Nashville area. And for this bishop in error.

When I learned more about Padre Pio, I was really drawn to his life and the lessons he offered us all. I then felt blessed (and still do!) to learn that I was born on his feast day, and ask for his prayers when I am reminded of him. There are no coincidences!
Note for Fr Z who wrote
I am sure you have heard of the great (living) composer of both secular and sacred music James MacMillan. Among the fine music has has written is, just as an example, the Tu Es Petrus we heard when Benedict XVI entered Westminster Cathedral during his state visit to England.
Note the repetition of “has”.
The state visit was to the United Kingdom. This included visiting two parts, England and Scotland, a distinction that Mr MacMillan may well appreciate.

Reports (and is worth reading) that:
On 16-19 September 2010, Pope Benedict XVI paid an historic visit to the UK. This was the first ever official Papal State Visit to the UK, as Pope John Paul II’s visit was a pastoral one.
A State visit involves much more formality than an official visit or a private visit. State protocol covers these things.
