Prayers for your health Father!
A Rosary during my Holy Hour for you tonight, Pater.
Make sure you take probiotics with antibiotics. Antibiotics kill the good bacteria in your gut as well which can be unpleasant, let us say.
Oh dear. Prayers going up. Feel better soon, but if it’s the bronchitis, it is kind of tenacious. It laughed at my antibiotics. God bless you and may you feel better quickly.
Praying an Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory Be for you to recover ASAP.
Done, I will keep praying over the next few days.
Hate it when that happens. Prayers for you now.
I’m praying for you Father! May you get well very soon!
God bless you, Father. Prayers for a speedy recovery.
Let’s hope that it is bacterial, so the antibiotics can help, but if it is viral, there are some nasty tenacious bugs floating around that won’t necessarily kill you, but they keep you under the weather for quite awhile. I know, I am getting over one right now; I hope. I know you eat well but make sure you do some quality probiotics to restore your digestive flora in the wake of antibiotics, which wreck their own havoc on the good as well as the not so good and bad flora.
My son, daughter-in-law and their children are in Italy for the Baptism of their youngest, by a priest they met and who befriended them during an earlier trip to Italy. I hope they are able to stay healthy and safe.
I will remember you in my prayers. Godspeed.
Karl
Done!
I will.
I pray that Fr. Z may overcome his illness due to the prayers of many and by the Power of the Holy Spirit! In Jesus Christ’s Name I ask this.
Peace and God Bless,

God Bless You Father.
Yesterday at BNSIC Pontifical Mass we remembered Your Reverence. May Divine Physician grant comfort and consolation in your illness. ???
My family and I will be praying for you, Padre!
You’ve to it, Father. It is so disappointing when this happens on trip. I came home half dead from Israel years ago. Yikes!
You will have a special place in prayer today.
God reward you. And get well quickly.
I will pray.
I am praying for you to be restored. God bless you now and always.
O Virgin of the Incarnation, a thousand times we praise thee, a thousand times we greet thee, for the joy thou didst know when the Son of God became flesh in thy womb. Because thou art most powerful, O Virgin Mother of God, grant what we beseech thee for the love of God.
That Fr. Z get well quickly
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thine intercession was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my mother; to thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me.
Amen.
St. Lucy, pray for him!
I hope you can get guaifenesin to loosen the gunk. Chicken soup, tea, stuff like that….
on it
Done, from breezy Western Canada, Fr. Z., and until you get better.,
Continued prayers for you, Father.
Prayers and God bless you Father.
p.s. This might not help, but just in case. Have the occasional eye problem myself, after a week or two of windborne dust or heavy city smog. Chalazion, a blocked oil gland at the rim of the eyelids, can also be an issue. Proof against these menaces are over-the-counter Neosporin (a thin film applied to the eyelids), or a bit of Johnson’s baby shampoo on a wet Q-tip rubbed gently along the eyelids to keep things clear.
I checked back in case there was an update. If you are still struggling with chest congestion, see if you can get some “Guafesinin”, that may not be it exactly. It’s Mucinex but is also in some cough syrups. Today, Day 6 for me, it finally let up. My word. Drink lots of water. Water!
