There are two ways to answer that.
He is doing great and he is doing really awful.
He is awful in that his horrible disease, ALS, it really whittling him away and he is suffering.
He is doing great in that he is offering his sufferings to God in a truly priestly way.

I pray for Father Christensen, Father MacRae, you Father Z everyday. I can only imagine how many others are out there serving our Lord is very difficult situations. I am very thankful for each and every one of you and pray for your perseverance through all our Lord is asking of you.
Fr. Christensen writes SO beautifully about his suffering. I am inspired.
Annie and Oliver are my heroes.
There aren’t really adequate words to talk about Fr. Christensen.
May Jesus and Our Lady be near him every second of every day. Surely they are.
God bless Fr. Christensen, a living example of 1 Cor 16:13.
