  1. Rob in Maine says:

    Sail Navy down the field.
    Sail set to the sky!
    We’ll never change our course
    So Army you steer shy!
    Roll up the score Navy.
    Anchor’s aweigh!
    Sail Navy down the field
And beat the Army, beat the Army grey!

  2. VForr says:

    Go Navy!

  3. Jim Dorchak says:

    I am with you Rob!
    Qm2/ss Dorchak

Please notice the “SS” for you surface pukes.

  4. Woody says:

Although I served in the Army, my friend Dr. David Allen White taught at the Naval Academy for many years and has many edifying stories about his time there, so I think that I have to declare that I have no dog in that fight. I wish both sides well and that all graduates from both academies may acquit themselves with virtue in their careers.

    [Do I hear an “Amen!”?]

  5. redneckpride4ever says:

My cousin retired from the Navy. Needless to say he says the same thing when the game rolls around.

If he was Catholic I guarantee he’d start a petition to have you become a Monsignor.

[I like him already. Hey! He doesn’t have to be Catholic to start a petition.]

  6. abasham says:

What is this heresy, Father? Repent! REPENT I SAY!

  7. Alas, Navy had to sing first.

I did like the tribute to NASA in their uniforms. As I type, I am following the coverage of the Artemis splashdown in the Pacific.

I actually have an Artemis program patch, thanks to a long-time reader here (sorely missed).

  8. GHP says:

@FrZ: “I actually have an Artemis program patch, thanks to a long-time reader here (sorely missed).”

    Oooohhhhhh …. that stung! (^__^)

    Sorry for my truancy.

    Oh: BEAT NAVY (we did!)

    [Good to see you!]
