YOUR URGENT PRAYER REQUESTS

PLEASE use the sharing buttons! Thanks!

In your charity would you please take a moment look at the requests and to pray for the people about whom you read?

Continued from THESE.

Let’s remember all who are ill, who will die soon, who have lost their jobs, and who are afraid.

I get many requests by email asking for prayers. Some are heart-achingly grave and urgent.

As long as my blog reaches so many readers in so many places, let’s give each other a hand. We should support each other in works of mercy.

If you have some prayer requests, feel free to post them below.

You have to be registered here to be able to post.

I ask prayer for myself.  I’m dealing with TWO serious challenges right now.   I also want to thank all of you who pray for me.

Fr. Z I could add a number of things, and I would love any prayer for me and mine, but that little boy in Georgia, mauled by dogs, and the many missing children, please God in heaven, help these.
Please God, help all here, especially Fr. Z.

  2. VForr says:

    For Joseph Scarborough.
    For the Forrest family.
    For J. Smith.

As always, Father, thank you for this thread.

  3. Suburbanbanshee says:

Please pray for the six people injured by a drive-by shooting outside St. Aloysius’ in Easton, in the UK. It was a requiem Mass for two Colombian Catholic ladies, one of whom died of a pulmonary embolism and the other of cancer, so please be praying for them too.

  4. Irish Timothy says:

For Maurice, he is 90 and in hospital with pneumonia.

Also for the Souls in Purgatory

  5. rv says:

For the Villareal family. Thank you and God bless.

  6. Padre Pio Devotee says:

Intentions of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

Restoration of the Holy Mother the Church, and for all bishops, priests, religious, seminarians and novices. And for an increase in vocations.

Restoration and conversion of our country, her leaders, and her peoples. For an end to all legalized sin.

For the release of the Holy Souls in Purgatory, especially the most abandoned and forgotten, and those furthest from Heaven.

Conversion of sinners and the enemies of God (and the crushing of their plans).

For the repose of the souls of D.M. (1 year anniversary), M.G.M. (10 Year anniversary), and Barry S.

The least, the lonely, and the last. And those whom are on the brink of despair, suicide, or contemplating abortion.

And those for whom I pray for daily.

  7. Not says:

Please pray for My Sister-in-law Judith LaPlume. She is dying of fourth stage lung cancer. She is dying in the bosom of Holy Mother Church. She is My Wife’s Sister and life long best friend, Mother of 11 and Grandmother of many.

  8. Liz says:

Please pray for my children. I would have never dreamed that some of them would be so far from the Church. Please pray for the ones who are with the church as they need prayers as well. It’s a hard world out there. Oh and my little grandchild who is being baptized today. Their aunt was telling her older brother that now the baby girl would be Catholic. He barely talks but he said, “Kaklic,” and I couldn’t help but laugh at the cuteness. I’m praying for all here. Thank you. God bless you all.

  9. Mariana2 says:

Very happy to pray for all these intentions.

  10. Sandy says:

Joining in prayer with all of you and Father, also. Please pray for K. that there is no disease/tumor or other malady in his head causing strange symptoms. I am praying a novena to St. Peregrine for my husband, D., that no cancer returns, and for him to have God’s amazing peace as well as healing.

  11. LockPickingLou says:

If I could ask for your kind prayers for my son. His behavior is erratic, and we are trying hard to get his ADHD and Tourette Syndrome regulated. It has been terribly hard on our family and disruptive on our young daughter. We are willing to carry our cross, but please pray that we may be able to do as much as we can possibly do for our son, who is only 9. We would love him to go back to altar serving and regular schooling.

  12. Cafea Fruor says:

For my friend S.Z. and his wife, whose marriage has been struggling for several years. It seems that things are getting better, praise God, but it also seems like the peace is still quite fragile, so please pray that things keep getting better for them.

  13. Sportsfan says:

    For Beth L.
That the checkup tomorrow is encouraging.

  14. bgfarmgirl says:

Please pray for my brother Marc’s healing of lung cancer and failing eyesight due to antibodies attacking his eyes. Also, for the conversion of my husband and the return to the faith of our four children.
    Prayers prayed for all.

  15. beelady says:

Please pray for me, my name is Kim. I am heart broken after the sudden death of my husband in July.
I am near the point of despair and I dread the thought of living several more decades alone. He was my best friend and my world. Some days this cross is nearly impossible to bear and today is one of them.

  16. Liz says:

Hi Kim (beelady), I will pray for you. I’m so sorry about your husband. I can’t imagine what you are going through. I will pray. Praying for Kim, Judith, Maurice, and all here. God bless and keep you, Liz

  17. Gregg the Obscure says:

Many of you prayed for me in the difficult years from 2010-2021. i am honored to have the chance to pray for you now that my life is not as difficult as it had been

Kim – my late wife was lost to me through grave illness in 2019 and her death in 2021. there is hope. you will remain in my prayers. i have much time to pray.

  18. Anneliese says:

Father, thank you for posting these prayer requests options.

Please pray that one day I can walker a little easier and maybe even possibly be healed of multiple sclerosis. And please pray that I can move soon to an apartment that’s easier to live in (I have to walk up and down 24 steps everyday). I would also like to be delivered from bad neighbors. I know I ask a lot from God for things he may not want me to have. But I would like the crosses I have to be lifted a little so I can manage my life. So I know asking for a healing and a little more financial stability, or even a small windfall, is nearly impossible on paper. But I have to beg and hope that God will grant me these things in his mercy.

  19. Dan says:

Please pray for me and my family. I have had to resign my job last week due to certain poisons at my workplace. I know God has a plan. Please pray that it will be received to me and for the well being of our family.

  20. Synonymous_Howard says:

For a smooth resolution to a challenging situation at work.
