And this is why, in the end, what has happened in Charlotte, NC, is far more wicked than the temporary desecration of Canterbury Cathedral. https://t.co/VPpDw2gdxQ

Today I had a chance to talk to someone who lives in the geographical area affected by the Bishop of Charlotte’s cruel acts. What he said made it even clearer to me why it was so mean-spirited.

How so?
The destruction of the Faith is due to bad clergy. Even before Vatican II the clergy were the instigators, not the laity. And we see even today that clergy continue trying to take down the walls from within. For shame.

Kevinbell,
My first thought was about reversibility: that the “graffiti stickers” of the current desecration of Canterbury Cathedral can be easily reversed by removal.
This spurred the further thought that the ‘Tridentine’ Roman Latin Mass could be as easily restored in Charlotte – or, for that matter, the Sarum Latin Use in Canterbury – but how in practice is that to be accomplished?
