ROME 25/10 – Day 35: Rare photos

On the Feast of All Saints, all could have viewed the sun rise at 6:41.

Quite a few did view it set at 17:06

The Ave Maria Bell would have run in the Curia at 17:30.  It did ring at the English College at 17:29 to make way for the half hour bell.

It rang according to solar time at The Parish™

Members of the Archconfraternity praying before a collection of relics which the parish has in its treasury.

    RE: Steak, it’s what’s for dinner:

    Looks like the ram decided to tenderize the beef for us beforehand.

    I’m not surprise the ram took the hit better, he’s built for it. I am surprised that the bull didn’t push the ram backwards several feet in the process, as his mass is so much higher.

    (And ONLY at the prompting of our generous host…) I call B.S.

    B as in bull
    S as in sheep

  5. Good suggestions, but not the one I am thinking about.

    Look carefully at what is happening. There may be some phrase….

  6. ProfessorCover says:

    For TonyO, momentum equals mass times velocity squared.
    I am assuming it is a long horn sheep, and perhaps he built up enough velocity to compensate for his weight?

    It’s a ramble.

  8. amenamen says:

    To Professor C.

    Momentum is mass times velocity.

    p = my.

    Kinetic Energy is 1/2 mass times velocity squared.

    K.E. = 1/2 m v2.

  9. amenamen says:

    Autocorrect

    p = mv
