LONDON: SPIRIT IN THE CITY – 12-15 June

Those of you in London and environs should keep in mind participating in “Spirit in the City“!

I am happy to plug this especially because of the involvement of the outstanding parish of my friend Fr. Sherbrooke of St. Patrick’s on Soho Square.

Click HERE and check out this great parish.  I have written about St. Patrick’s before HERE.

Why not call it “Christ in the City”?

“In Jesus Christ, the whole of God’s truth has been made manifest. “Full of grace and truth,” he came as the “light of the world,” He is the Truth. “Whoever believes in me may not remain in darkness.”

Seems a wonderful parish Father. And for some reason it fascinates me that they have Spanish Mass every Sunday in the heart of London.

Not here you couldn’t. You’d have the politically-correct-can’t-be-offensive-or-exclusive to-any-group-or-non-group-based-on-any-grounds-whatsoever-even-if-it’s-made-up-for-the-sake-of-starting-some-type-of-complaint police on you so fast. And then there’s the language police who will insist that it’s name be both in English and French. And let’s not forget those charged with enforcing the Multiculturalism Act ensuring that no ethnicity is excluded or disadvantaged.
