I have been watching the online petition in support of Card. Burke as a “Thank you!” for his service.
It’s time to really fire this up. This is an ACTION ITEM!

Great project! But they are already raising the bar themselves as it was at 10,000 when I signed a couple of days ago. Let’s go for 100,000 and copy it to various addresses.

I wonder if that’s the one I may have signed twice already? The first time I clicked over from the Facebook app and wasn’t even asked for my name, didn’t have to click anything more and got a thanks for signing indication. I wasn’t certain I had really signed so I tried again from FB with my web browser. That was a bit more satisfying as I was sure I’d signed.
So now, if this is the same one, I would hate to seem like I was cheating by voting multiple times…even though I support Cardinal Burke that much!
I know some petitions won’t allow you to vote twice, but I’m not sure about this one!
Cardinal Burke’s service is not yet complete. He’ll be voting in the next conclave.
Who knows? Perhaps the Holy Spirit will convince enough cardinals that the next pope shouldn’t require the Vatican press office to “clarify” his impromptu comments.

He deserves our support – lets burst that 40,000!

What’s the best way to contact/email Cardinal Burke as of now?
I’d like to personally show support by volunteering with his new Patronage, as well as financially supporting the causes. What better way to show the old dissenters what real Catholics think of Card. Burke, burst the SMOM at the seams – with financial and physical support; lettem know “we’re doin it for Burke!”
He will return from the Jundland Wastes when the time is right.

I signed one a couple of weeks ago and at least two more since then and forwarded it on to many others. Cardinal Burke is on my list of heroes. God bless him.
By the way, Cardinal Burke has endeavored to call to the Holy Father’s attention some shortcomings that need attention. Was it not St. Paul who corrected St. Peter’s actions/words that gave the wrong impression to the faithful?
“But when Cephas was come to Antioch, I withstood him to the face,…” (Gallatians 2:11-14)
Peter being a humble person accepted the correction. And were Il Poverello to have ever made such mistakes would he he not have humbly accepted the corrections too?
While you’re there, signing the thank you letter to Cardinal Burke, please consider signing the petition to Jerry Brown the Governor of California, even if it’s not your state of residence. He is supporting the move by his Health department to compel Catholic organizations to provide Health insurance inclusive of abortive services.
Jerry Brown was raised in a strong Catholic family, has received all of the sacraments, and even attended seminary. In charity, please pray for his return to the Catholic faith.
