I will pray for a speedy and quick recovery…and for a replacement to be named soon.
Sent out a prayer request to many priests and lay folks to pray for him.
As a cancer survivor, I sympathize deeply. Prayers coming from London.
Prayers from the wife of a leukemia sufferer and daughter of two cancer survivors (once twice).
I will surely remember Cardinal George in my prayers and at Mass. “The intentions listed on Father Z’s blog” are something I try to remember at every Mass.
His Eminence is in my prayers.
I will pray for Cardinal George.
Offering prayers tonight and at Mass tomorrow for Cardinal George.
Well sorry folks but if I were to say what I need to say about cancer and used the necessary language required to convey my thoughts I would probably incur a permanent ejection from this group. I think it is safe to say that “cancer s**ks.” It really doesn’t care about political party or religious ideology, its just there. And cancer really p****s me off a lot.
Of course the whole archdiocese will pray for him over the weekend, and I am pretty sure the rest of the province got the fax as well.
Praying for His Eminence…
I shall pray for His Eminence as well. St Peregrine, St Luke pray for him and all those who suffer from cancer. (Cancer is such a mystery beyond my human understanding!)
May the Lord grant him a quick return to health!
I’m going to pray Lauds right now and I will pray for Cardinal George. May God give him a quick recovery.

I’m a cancer survivor, too-and I just sent up a Hail Mary for His Eminence Cardinal George.
May the doctors catch it in its early stages, and may the patient have a full and complete recovery.
In my prayers!!!
Prayers here too. Cardinal George is a great man.
I will remember His Eminence at Mass tommorow. Meanwhile, many prayers going out.
Praying!
