Hi Friends,
Asking for great exam grades for our daughter, who is struggling with two college classes. Thanksgiving for a new job which I start tomorrow!
My sister Kate is going in for surgery on Tuesday.
Will pray for all requests, and for you especially Fr. Z. Would you please pray for the repose of the soul of my Grandmother, who died last Thursday. The funeral mass is this Thursday. We are all very heartbroken here. Thanks so much.
Please pray for my wife.
Please pray for my son’s school which is undergoing some cultural turbulence.
Also, please pray for J.S.C and her children, A.H’s continued recovery and for me and my family.
Thanks.
For a suitable summer job and soon as the school year is winding down and not having one is making me difficult to be around.
For everything to end well in my tormented parish. For all people on here. For a pressing personal intention of mine.
For our dear Fr. Z :-)
Will pray for all here at Mass & at my Rosary
Please Pray that I can get a job soon, I’ve had two really good opportunities fall flat in the last six weeks and I’m more than a little miserable about it.
Will pray for all. Please pray for my daughter; she is questioning her faith and beliefs.
For my financial situation; that the Lord may provide for me. And for the people around me, that they may not lose heart.
Please pray for my poor, 85-year-old father, who almost died a week ago Saturday, is still with us by the grace of God, yet must stay in a nursing home, may never get all his mental faculties back, and may never come home. Please pray also for beloved mother, who has Alzheimer’s disease, and is doing her best to cope with that and serve her husband of over 60 years, and be with him. Pray that no “Living Will” issues are enforced upon us, by the poor choices my parents have made, and we’re talked into making. Lastly, pray that I can stand up to the grieving and the tasks I have been given to help them, and have faith, and supernatural hope, and keep working 40 hours a week for now. Thy will be done.
Please pray for my newborn daughter Elise, she is currently in the NICU with Respiratory Distress Syndrome. Please pray for her continued healing and recovery.
I prayed for all of the above as I read them. In your charity, please pray for my little brother, Larry, who has two cancerous tumors which take up half his liver, as well as an enlarged spleen. Thank you in advance.
For a friend dealing with the suicide of an 18 year old son.
As always please pray for Father David W. Bialkowski.
Pray also for a return to health for Father Tom Quinlivan, who is still recovering from an aortic dissection.
For strength, wisdom and guidance for Father David Richards- who is taking over the duties of pastor even tho he has only been ordained for a few years. ( He’s an amazing. holy priest and doing the best he can to be both pastor and parochial vicar to his parish)
For my financial situation and that GOd will show me where he wants me –in a parish as a permanently single person–or if I have a vocation in religious life.
My wife has had a pretty rough pregnancy so far, sees her OB tomorrow. Prayers for our family’s peace and comfort (especially hers physically) please
For a different job, one that allows for me to attend Mass routinely on Sunday morning, offers a chance to demonstrate management and leadership talents, and one that offers better opportunities to pay the bills, save, and invest for the future.
Will pray a rosary for all requests here. Please pray for my Husband and I. just found out last night that I, apparently, make too much money for him to be on his insurance and so it is gone. He has bipolar disorder and has been without his medication for days now. Pray we can find something immediate to make sure he has the medication he needs and that we can find a solution to coverage soon. Mary, pray for us.
May I take advantage of the charity of you and your readers to give news which is beginning to come out, but which has not yet been confirmed (therefore completely unofficial)? It seems Fr Fidenzio Volpi O.F.M. Cap. has died today, 6 May 2015, Feast of St John before the Latin Gate. May I ask everyone to pray a little while to Ss. Francis and Claire to ensure that his time in Purgatory is as short as possible.
Update: since writing the original comment, the news is now being published at
Chiesa e post concilio , address http://tinyurl.com/lbarfm4
I will add these intentions to my rosary.
May I please ask for prayers for a situation I am in with the benefits office. I made a decision last week that I still stand by with clear conscience but am in danger of being penalised, which would make my situation grave. Also for a job – I am unemployed. Thank you.
According to the website of the Franciscans of the Immaculate in Rome Fr. Fidenzio Volpi was hospitalized, but did not die. Their post of May 6th is here (scroll all the way down for the English):

Still, prayers for the Apostolic Commissioner and the Friars are always needed.
NBW…every day she will be in my thoughts and prayers. Every minute of my day. I will never forget.
Torpedo ..my husband was diagnose w/ bipolar disorder years ago. Whatever med he’s taking now works very well.I will have to find out what it is. Will include you 2 in my prayers along with NBW.
Suggestion: contact the drug company.Sometimes they will help folks in your situation. It’s worth a try. Keep in touch and let me know how he’s doing,k? You also NBW. i went that route until i had one foot on a banana peel and the other in hell. Someone was praying for me(probably grandma with her rosary). Amazing things can happen. God is merciful. it’s a good thing because pride is what got in my way.
I will include all requests in my daily Rosary. I kindly ask that you pray for the return of my son to the Faith. That Our Lord would heal his heart/mind/will/emotions and remove him from the influence of those who do not truly love him.
Healing of the multiple health problems of my oldest daughter.
That my youngest daughter will carry this baby to term and her husband have full-time work.
Thank you.
Thank you for the prayers: due to a miraculous instance of disorganised-ness, I could keep my benefits for now. I also have a job interview and interest from an agency. I will add your intentions to my rosary.
