Ireland: TLM training for priests

This news is from e-mail:

The Latin Mass Society of Ireland is organising a short course for priests wishing to learn how to celebrate the Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite; it’s intended particularly for priests in the northern half of the country.

The course is scheduled for Tuesday 29 July to Thursday 31 July in the Capuchin Friary, Ard Mhuire, Cresslough, Co Donegal (Tel. 074-9138005/9138031; Fax 074-913837; e-mail: ardmhuire@irishcapuchins.com ).

The director of the course is Father John Emerson FSSP. In the event Father Emerson is unable to attend, Father Gerard Deighan will take the course instead. The cost per course participant will be E150 – this includes full board in the friary and costs arising from the course. We hope to advertise in the Irish Catholic and on our website.

The focus will be on northern-based priests, but this is not exclusively the case. We will organise more of these as the demand arises.
