Not content to kill their bodies, Planned Parenthood wants to kill their souls too.

This should be enough to get you mad.

Not content to kill their bodies, the Planned Parenthood wants to kill the soul of children too. What do they gain?

Create an even more promiscuous society and they will make more money.

First, arm yourself with this important document from the Pontifical Council for the Family which provides guidelines about formation of children in the family and in schools, called The Truth and Meaning of Human Sexuality.

Now from FoxNews…  GRRRRR….

A new report by the International Planned Parenthood Federation is advocating that children as young as 10 be given extensive sex education, including an awareness of sex’s pleasures.

The report, "Stand and Deliver," charges that religious groups, specifically Catholics and Muslims, deny their young access to comprehensive sexual programs and education.

"Young people’s sexuality is still contentious for many religious institutions. Fundamentalist and other religious groups — the Catholic Church and madrasas (Islamic Schools) for example — have imposed tremendous barriers that prevent young people, particularly, from obtaining information and services related to sex and reproduction. Currently, many religious teachings deny the pleasurable and positive aspects of sex." the report states.

[…]

There is more of the article on this vile topic.

We must be forearmed and combat this sort of thing.

Remember: Planned Parenthood started from the desire to kill off black people.  They are racist merchants of death.

I repeat:

Not content to kill their bodies, Planned Parenthood wants to kill the soul of children too.

What do they gain?

Create an even more promiscuous society and they will make more money.

Evil hates innocence. Innocence and humility are powers it cannot contend with so it must remove these obstructions.

How willing our society is to allow it to do so…

  2. Supertradmom says:

Catholic Activists, can we stop this? Not only evil on the natural law level, but anti-Catholic, anti-religion.

  3. tzard says:

Sadly, its intermediate purposes are even more vile than mere accumulation of money. So much so I cannot bring myself to describe it here.

  4. Jack Hughes says:

I know that we’re supposed to love our enemies but as someone who will enter the RAF this year just skimming thorugh the document makes me want to get a Eurofighter Typoon and blast thier offices/satanic chapels/death chambers/portals into hell to smithereens whilst playing “Ride of the Valkyries” over the comm system (still remmeber the scene from Apocalypse Now). Still on the spiritual realm I guess that the Rosary will be a more effective weapon- hint there is a reason that B16 is the Pope and I’m not.

  5. ghlad says:

WOW – I just read that PP document. It’s staggering. It’s complete with demographics data for targeting countries for their growth. “Targeting” in every sense of the word.

That entire document is a perfect snapshot of What’s Wrong With the World, as Chesterton puts it. It’s much worse than just raunchy sex ed for 10yearolds. It reads like a manifesto for controlling young people in developing countries.

Fr Z’s title pretty much sums up this mess. I hope they gain no traction in the public sphere.

  6. rakesvines says:

I’m transferring my son to a Catholic school next term even if I have to cut cable TV and just go camping in the summer. Even if he can opt out of sex education, I do not want him surrounded by kids who are exposed to that. This is clearly demonic so I am not leaving anything to chance.

    Fr. Z,;

This along with Mass, Benediction and multiple rosaries is what we do to fight the culture of death at our local abortion factory every Saturday.

This is why we home school. A 10 year old neighbor girl told my daughter about her plans to someday have a tubal ligation. She had learned all about it in public school. My 10 year old daughter defended the church’s teaching. My kids are having to do this more and more. We try to teach our children well, we frequent the sacraments, benediction, daily rosary, etc. We do all that we can to protect their virtue. I just wish they didn’t have to wait so long to be confirmed in our diocese(not until age 14.) They really need that strength now!

  9. rakesvines says:

I’m glad you finally confirmed this; I referenced your post in http://divine-ripples.blogspot.com/2010/02/fr-z-confirms-not-content-to-kill-their.html because I posted about this many times before but people found it incredible. Here are the other posts that involved PP & the safe school czar http://divine-ripples.blogspot.com/search/label/purity

  10. We are fortunate to homeschool our children and provide them with a genuine Catholic education, which includes parental control over their sex education. I highly recommend that anyone who can homeschool–either mom or dad–should seriously contemplate such measures and save your children from the onslaught of sex in schools. By the way, I have relatives who removed their children from Catholic school for the same reason. It wasn’t the teachers or curriculum who educated their children in this sad way, but the other children themselves, whose parents obviously did not take measures to protect them. It’s with a sad heart to report that many (but not all) Catholic schools are falling away from the Faith as well. My children were in parochial school, too, and our experience wasn’t much different. The children were very, very modern and worldly. In fact, in one of my children’s classes, 16 out of 19 children had divorced parents! If you can find a genuinely Catholic school, join it. If not, it’s up to the parents, then, to provide the best education. Thank the good Lord that in this country we can do this! Praise God for homeschooling!

  11. Melania says:

This is not a new policy by Planned Parenthood. This has been their policy since the 70’s at least. This fact is attested to by Carol Everett, a former abortion mill owner. She says , “We had a plan. It was called Sex Education. Its purpose was to breakdown their natural modesty, separate them from their parents and their values, and become the sex experts in their lives. We would put them on a low-dose birth control pill which would ensure that they would become pregnant. Our goal was 3 – 5 abortions for every girl from the ages of 13 to 20.” Remember that abortion mills are money-making entities.

This quote is from a new documentary called, “Blood Money.” Here’s a link to the trailer:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cYaTywSDmls&feature=channel_page

One way to counter the evil activities of Planned Parenthood and their minions would be to support this documentary and help give it wide distribution. Apparently, it has not been released yet. We really need to support efforts like this.

  12. medievalist says:

“Fundamentalist and other religious groups — the Catholic Church and madrasas (Islamic Schools) for example…”

Interesting grammatical sleight of hand, implying that the Church is fundamentalist in their sense of the word. I should think that Planned Parenthood should be very grateful that the Church is NOT fundamentalist!

  13. KAS says:

I home schooled my children for many reasons. The evils lurking in sex ed were part of this. I preferred teaching my children my way.

Purity is something that people who have lost it cannot comprehend and they fear it. Those who lack purity fear and hate the spiritual power in purity.

I made sure to explain to my children that if they kept their purity that there would be individuals who would be attracted to their purity but due to their own loss of purity would then feel the need to try to convince them to give up that initial purity.

What shocked my son when he was at Catholic school was a conversation he overheard between two girls who were discussing giving up their virginity but clearly from the conversation they were not educated in the basics of what they would be giving up. He felt it was shocking that they were so poorly taught that they didn’t know any of the repercussions–such as the likelihood of pregnancy. So he told them. LOL!!

  14. JonM says:

As so many saints have said in special apparitions, sins of the flesh are the ‘cool, popular way’ into the inferno. The devil is known for taking our sexual faculties, an incredible gift, and twisting them into abject selfishness and horror. I firmly believe that ‘sexual liberators’ are commonly under direct influence of evil.

The breakdown in fundamental natural virtue is shocking. Visiting Manhattan this weekend, I was stunned that strip clubs can advertise on taxis (and offer full anatomical visuals in the marketing); I guess the giant video screens of semi naked women seemed normal after that.

As Father John Corapi has vigoriously contended, we should be not slackening off (fewer fasts, fewer holy days, non-judgmental homilies). Rather, we should be stepping things up. I listened to a certain prominent bishop this even on my drive and was very surprised at how liberal, contradictory, and downright boring theology was presented (he is supposedly conservative.) As Fr. John has said, the bishops have to start shepharding their flocks if we are to get a hold of things again.

The bishops have failed on a key front, which is sex education in Catholic schools. To quote a wonderful German bishop in Kazakhstan: How this is possible!

Fatima happened, and as a result of it happening, certain things follow. Those pesky warnings about how sin was going to get much worse and really bad things were going to happen unless we did certain things.

If we don’t emulate Nineveh after they begged forgiveness, God will let us smash ourselves to pieces. 50+% divorce rate, plummeting marriage rates, mainstream advocacy for homosexuality, etc. etc. All this has consequences just as any action does.

  15. NDPhys says:

Didn’t I read this in Huxley’s Brave New World?

  16. worm says:

Was anyone else shocked that the Young Women’s Christian Association was listed as a partner on the report or am I just too naive?

  17. Supertradmom says:

YWCA for awhile has had a pro-choice view of reproductive health;http://www.ywca.org/site/apps/s/content.asp?c=djISI6PIKpG&b=281386&ct=7632189

In the guise of being open to each woman’s own view of life and abortion, the organization has fallen into a very non-Christian stance. The group also supports condom use against the AIDS/HIV virus, which we know is a bogus claim.

  18. Supertradmom says:

May I add that at least in Canada, I know for sure, that abortion is an option given for ending a pregnancy in literature from the YWCA. In fact, the literature is specific about where one can get an abortion, advocating that an abortion is recommended for girls 12 and over, even mentioning which provinces allow for abortions with the girl telling her parents. I have seen the pamphlet.

  19. Supertradmom says:

vip correction-without the girl needing to tell or having to tell her parents..it is diabolical.

  20. Raymond says:

A little confession here: I learned all the bad, impure stuff about sex from the influence of my classmates and peers at the all-male Catholic (Christian Brothers) school that I attended in the 80’s and 90’s. By the time they started “Catholic” sex education on us, my mind was already quite polluted. Thank God that I was able to meet some good Catholic youth groups in college.

Nowadays, it is no longer enough to tell people not to do certain things because “the Church says so” and that “it’s a sin”. We have to appeal to reason as well, and show that data and empirical studies support Natural Law.

  21. Latter-day Guy says:

“Planned Parenthood wants to kill the soul of children too.”

While I don’t agree with the aims of PP (or others of their ilk), I wonder if this kind of comment is helpful. (It is unquestionably eye-catching!) However, I would suggest that the Adversary is the one who wants to destroy souls, and PP (et al) are his dupes. A small distinction, perhaps, but not unimportant. Without it, this criticism looks a bit like a straw man––PP does come off as a kind of mustache-twisting, cackling melodrama villain––which might undercut one’s credibility when teaching, as you do, Christian truths about sexuality.

Imagine the uproar if McDonald’s went into schools to promote nutrition. Then again, how about we bring in the beer companies to explain to 10 year-olds how drinking is “pleasurable”. Cigarettes? Go for it!

  25. bcmershon says:

Father Z, I find it difficult to get too outraged against PP, when our very Catholic Church in the U.S., in nearly every single diocese save two (Lincoln, and Baker, OR–Bishops Bruskewitz and Vasa) have implemented heinous sex education/sex abuse programs for children starting as low as 5 yrs. of age as part of the USCCB’s response to the homosexual crisis of the priesthood abusing teenage boys(wrongly labeled as pedophiles).

Phil Lawler and some others wrote against this for months back in the mid-2000s, but just like the first sexual perversion programs in the schools, nary a whimper from Catholics or even “conservative” priests who have implemented these programs in nearly every parish in the U.S. Here is some research done by someone I know personally. He had to take a pseudonym due to threatened lawsuit from the VIRTUS, Protecting God’s Children, organization.

The bishops’ own credibility is ruined and laughable when they allow these same heinous programs in religious education and in Catholic schools all throughout the U.S.

And here is Fr. Robert Altier who explains all of this junk that is almost identical to Planned Parenthoods stuff they are pushing now, the difference is it is being taught in Catholic Schools.

I was forced to watch the “Volunteer” part of the this program and it is simply revolting. Do you know what Fr. Altier’s reward for telling the truth was? He was transferred from St. Agnes in St. Paul to a nursing home 30 miles away that ALREADY had a priest.

This will REALLY open your eyes. I bet a lot of people do not know that this is going on in their Catholic schools.

  27. bcmershon says:

To their credit, we have a handful of priests who have watered down the program, had everyone opt out or have refused to implement it. But the pressure is GREAT from the diocesan bureaucrats and the bishops to do something to check off their boxes to show they are making some headway.

This stuff is in every single parish school and every single parish religious education program in the United States save two dioceses–last time I did the research.

Same methodology as Planned Parenthood. Next programs that will be implemented will be against “bullying” which is pushed by the same-sex attraction (sodomite) lobby. Connect the dots.

No reason to give one dime to the general collection of any parishes that have this stuff. It violates every norm of human decency and corrupts the youth and destroys innocence. Even if your kids opt out, all the rest of them have been corrupted, then where do you think they’ll learn it from?

  28. bcmershon says:

BTW, when I was attempting to write an expose on this stuff in parishes and diocesan schools a few years ago at the request of The Wanderer, I was told by our diocesan coordinator at the time, a priest, that I was committing a mortal sin by questioning the bishop’s directive. He literally yelled and screamed at me on the telephone for an hour and a half when I was interviewing him. He threatened to “sue me” (nice understanding of media libel laws…) and continued to tell me I was being too literal when I quoted him from the very document Fr. Z promoted above–The Truth and Meaning of Human Sexuality. I read the relevant parts to him, at his request, verbatim, while he yelled and screamed over me.

He was deconstructing the document just like the Scripture “scholars” have deconstructed Sacred Scripture to render its literal sense meaningless. What an experience. I really wished I had taped that interview.

  29. JonM says:

    @Moon1234,

If that is so that Fr. Altier was punished for exposing this absurdity and evil in our own house, that only puts him better off in the long run (NB: SSPX’s 1962 Missal has a ton of great stuff, including a listing of the Beatitudes.)

I recall a passage in one of the Gospels that warns against those who scatter the flock. I truly hope that if what you say is true, there wasn’t an effort to punish and if there was that the superior is just blindly stupid.

  30. Francisco Cojuanco says:

Now, it’s one thing to say that sexual activity is pleasurable (that’s a fact of nature, really). But the kind of sex ed that Planned Parenthood advocates? Well, that is the part that is disordered. Just want to make this distinction.

Still, as a young man and in a university that has seen fit to put up Guttmacher-esque “advertisments” on contraception on the common hallways, I’d trust PP to do effective sex ed as much as I would trust an ex-felon to be a security guard.

  31. moon1234 says:

I recall a passage in one of the Gospels that warns against those who scatter the flock.

I personally like this quote from Matthew 18:6

But he that shall scandalize one of these little ones that believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone should be hanged about his neck, and that he should be drowned in the depth of the sea.
