There are continuing problems with the feed for the PODCAzTs feed to itunes.
I was happy to see on itunes that the last PODCAzT showed up, but when I clicked it, it grabbed some older program!

I will say “amen” to your GRRR. I tried to listen to the new PODCAzT but got an old one. I do love your programs, especially the Latin parts. I have been brushing up on my Latin; had 5 years of it in junior high and high school. It is really nice to hear it spoken.
And by the way, GRRRR! features prominently in the Cal Fight Song. Go Bears!
You can add my GRRR as well. I loaded up my iPod and went for a walk on this gorgeous fall day, expecting to listen to the latest podcast–and I got an old one. The only solace is knowing that I am not alone.
Instead of an iPod I use a generic MP3 player that does everything an iPod would do for a lot less money, and more effectively – in my opinion. When I connect it to the PC it’s like an additional drive. I copy files to it at will and I view them or listen to them as I please. Never had any problems.
Why would anyone want a more expensive over-automated iPod? Is there any advantage besides looking a bit more cool and hip?
Andrew – the problem is not with iPods, the problem is with the software posting Father Z’s podcazts. I’ve owned iPods since the second generation (and now have an iPhone), and they work just great.
Unfortunately I can’t be of much help, never tried uploading a podcast to iTunes before. I pray you work out the bugs soon Father, I love your podcasts and it is a little annoying getting “new” podcasts and finding they are ones I’ve already listened to.
Yeah, Father Z.! Grr! But at least I found it in your archive; and it was good and inspiring. I don’t know wether this is the place to ask, but I have the impression that the order of readings in the divine office differs from region to region? In Germany we didn’t read the letter to Proba (which I was lucky to find somewhere in my book shelf) but some excerpts from »The Imitation of Christ« by Thomas a Kempis. There was no Augustine (whom I love!) in the 29th week.
I’m very enthusiastic about your PODCAzT – and I love the »luxury« listening to a latin reading (seven years of latin at school, but only very few practise).
