Topless idiots attack Archbp. of Madrid chanting: Abortion is sacred.

On Sunday, 2 February, topless idiot women with slogans painted on their torsos attacked Antonio Card. Maria Rouco Varela, Archbishop of Madrid on his way to celebrate Mass in parish. This is the second time he has been attacked. We have seen this sort of this HERE and HERE and HERE and HERE.

The Cardinal has supported legislation that would overturn a 2010 law that allows women to opt freely for abortion in the first 14 weeks of pregnancy.

LifeNews has some photos with some areas blocked out HERE and there is also a nauseating video which shows women without the fuzzing out chanting – I am not making this up:

Aborto es Sacrado… Abortion is Sacred.

It is a manifestation of the diabolical. Nothing less.  You can see the otherworldly hate in the images.

Remember: These are tactics of the devil and of the devil’s agent on the Left. Abortion is the feminist, leftist sacrament.

I have said again and again that we are going to see more and more of this.

Remember the scene from The Cardinal?  Lest we forget…

I strongly recommend to bishops everywhere that they keep this in mind and start planning about what they are going to do when it is their turn to be attacked in this way.

  1. Nicholas Shaler says:

    To murderers, abortion is sacred.

You are right, Father, this is becoming more common.

  2. Mike says:

“I strongly recommend to bishops everywhere that they keep this in mind and start planning about what they are going to do when it is their turn to be attacked in this way.”

I expect a “pastoral” response encouraging continued dialogue and making occasional offhand allusions to substantive issues such as protecting what is really sacred, like vulnerable human lives.

If I didn’t fear tempting timid souls to gamble, I’d lay down a Benjamin on it.

  3. majuscule says:

In the video, did you see the woman with the scapular (it appeared to be) pushing back at the diabolical feminists?

    Good for her!

  4. Incaelo says:

Cardinal Rouco Varela is in good company. I pray and hope that as these attacks continue, the victims make use of it to offer a prime example of holiness, as Brussels’ Archbishop Léonard did when it was his turn: he simply prayed. And what a powerful example that was.

And I’ve seen those raised arms of those possessed women before… and it has everything to do with that scene from The Cardinal that Father posted.

  5. JacobWall says:

True colours are showing all too clearly – yet, people continue to fool themselves into thinking that this is just another case of people trying to hang on to old fashioned ways.

Considering how positively people view abortionist violence, we shouldn’t be surprised to see something like that Nazi attack in The Cardinal not too far in the future – and without any form of punishment and only superficial condemnation.

  6. Priam1184 says:

Yup. Birth control and abortion are the twin sacraments of this diabolical age in the previously Christian world. If those two things disappeared tomorrow then our world would be wholly different. And that is why this culture and its promoters will never budge an inch, not willingly, on either of them. The Cross is the only answer to this. How it will end up manifesting itself is a mystery, but it will happen.

  7. Cathy says:

Is it just me, or does this make anyone think Manson family?

  8. Priam1184 says:

So I watched the video you linked to Father without the fuzzies and something struck me. Think of what a symbol of life giving fertility that woman’s breast were for all of human history until the present age. There are allusions to it throughout the psalms and the whole of the Old Testament. Even in the pagan darkness of the pagan world before the Incarnation which was rife with eroticism this notion still survived. Not so in our age of the birth control pill and the massive increase, availability, and ease of access to pornography. They are now a symbol of violence, violence to the senses of those who have been born and to the very existence on this earth of those who have not. Such a stark reversal in such a short period of time can be nothing but diabolical.

  9. ClavesCoelorum says:

Every Ecclesiastical institution of major importance, but preferably every parish, should have such a secret passageway, or two.

  10. OrthodoxChick says:

I’m thinking this is probably how crazed the crowd must have been when they were shouting, “Crucify Him!”, “Crucify Him!”.

  11. The fury of Hell demonstrated?

Recently I watched a video of a woman, whose mother was a Satanist, describe the necessity of abortion for Occultists. Having had an abortion was one of the prerequisites of admission to her mother’s group of women. The woman describes that blood [of all kinds – even of the woman’s cycle] was necessary for the regular Satanic sacrifices. This woman was illustrating how necessary legal protection for abortion is for demon worshipers, and how persistently and desperately occultists fight for access to abortion.

Is the more publicized battle of abortion a distraction from the WORSE sin of contraception? Our Creator thought of us before time began, placing each of us in a specific time in history, with a specific purpose and vocation. The devil screams in triumphant envy when a human being isn’t allowed even to exist, and therefore cannot take any place anywhere in creation, Limbo, Heaven or even Hell.

    Pray the rosary.

  12. The Masked Chicken says:

“On Sunday, 2 February, topless idiot women with slogans painted on their torsos attacked Antonio Card. Maria Rouco Varela, Archbishop of Madrid on his way to celebrate Mass in parish.”

This sounds like the beginning of a zombie flick on the Sci-fi (opps, pardon, Syfy) channel. Come to think of it, unrepented of abortion, these women WOULD be spiritual zombies, no? They would be dead, but alive, attacking others to turn them.

Of course, you just can’t kill a zombie. You, also, have to kill their brain, because, if you don’t, the brain could escape and continue attacking. Now, it is not enough to stop abortion. You have to stop the thought of abortion. Of course, that may involve the removal of some philosophers to a desert island, but, well, every plan has its drawbacks (if, you consider that a drawback – some might actually consider that a plus, but I am pretty sure that this might only be their fantasy).

  13. frjim4321 says:

I renew my concern over the use of the term “sacrament” for this purpose.

    It seems sacrilegious to me.

  14. Clinton says:

frjim, I think the use of “sacrament” in that context underscores the sacrilegious essence
of abortion– it’s rather the point. It’s along the lines of referring to satanic rituals as
“black masses”– it underscores the inversion of all that is good.

  15. RomeontheRange says:

Let all the poisons that lurk in the mud hatch out.

  16. Mike says:

frjim4321 says: “I renew my concern over the use of the term ‘sacrament’ for this purpose.”

Reading this comment almost immediately after the comment of Tina from Ashburn brings to mind the term irony.

  17. excalibur says:

Satan + Drugs = These women.

  18. lsclerkin says:

    Yes. :)

One of the greatest productions of all time. :)

  19. Bosco says:

    ¡Viva Cristo Rey!

  20. Gail F says:

I am not quick to use the term “diabolical.” This is diabolical.

  21. Gail F says:

Let me clarify: I mean the photograph with teh woman holding the pretend bloody cross. That’s diabolical. The topless women hopping around and yelling don’t seem diabolical, they seem stupid.

  22. Uxixu says:

What Would Our Lord Do? I am reminded that flipping tables and driving them out with a whip of cords is one of the possibilities.

  23. Supertradmum says:

I had put this link on my blog earlier as well.

Where are the Knight of Columbus or the Knights of Malta? Are they real knights or fake knights, only willing to look like knights?

  24. Traductora says:

Cdl Rouco has been a very good bishop for Madrid and has brought it back to orthodoxy, especially by encouraging popular devotions. He is very devoted to Our Lady and has encouraged the EF as much as possible. (There’s not a huge demand for it in Spain, in part because, at least in Madrid, the OF masses never got as horrible as they did here, but young people still like it and I think it is having some effect.)

He reminds me, in many ways, of the late Cardinal O’Connor, although a more austere, Spanish version, without the big Irish smile. He’s retirement age, but so far, no replacement has been proposed. I really hope the Pope can find somebody who will carry on the good things that he has started and keep Madrilenos orthodox. They’re a lot like New Yorkers, they just need a good bishop.

He’s been a target of the pro-abortion “feminist” crowd for years, but they’re obviously feeling emboldened for some reason, since they have never gone this far before. The current government is PP (Conservative Party), but they’re very weak and almost apologetic, so “Femen” clearly knows they have nothing to fear.

  25. Kerry says:

Nothing says sanctity like screeching, bare to the waist harpies painted with slogans. In Downton Abbey, Maggie Smith said, (regarding something else, but it fits here), “I wonder you don’t just set fire to the Abbey and dance ’round it, painted with woad and howling,”
Painted with woad and howling indeed.

  26. NBW says:

Prayers for Cardinal Rouco. Perhaps the Femen know they are losing the battle so they become bolder to intimidate.

  27. AVL says:

We should talk to our Bishops about it…unless our Bishop is an appeaser who wouldn’t dare go against the political regime of the day. Their appeasement tactics will protect them…at least while on earth.

55 million sacrificed on the alter of liberalism since Roe vs. Wade and our President celebrates. You are right Father Z this will occur more often and become common place in this country as well. Too many of our politicians wrap themselves in Christian rhetoric while supporting this demonic barbarism while too many of our religious leaders remain silent and enable them.

  30. incredulous says:

I noticed Father Jim made comment here. By virtue of his actions, he’s shown that the only concern about this manifestation of Satan that he felt was worth writing about was to somehow detract from the article by accusing the author of sacrilege.

Apparently, Father Jim didn’t notice the screaming, possessed women and the bloodied cross being held by a naked pagan as somehow being sacrilegious.

One can only presume why this is. It’s difficult to find any charitable explanation for the Father’s position here.

However, it is obvious that Satan has found immense traction in exploiting a main female weakness that is manifest in feminism and liberalism (which Father Jim apparently supports without reservation). That capital vice is disobedience.

Satan has exploited this to such an effective level that it really takes immense contemplation of Jesus’ passion to put into the clearest perspective as to how bastardized the whole concept of women’s liberation has become. Divorce, contraception, abortion, etc. This scene and the intent of those in this picture above is a result of the want to secure the legal right to kill an innocent, defenseless child. The level of twisted perversion and evil simply sends the mind reeling. Compare these pagans to the virtue of Holy Mother Mary and it makes you weep.

    Saint Michael the Archangel,
    defend us in battle.
Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil.
    May God rebuke him, we humbly pray;
and do Thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host –
by the Divine Power of God –
cast into hell, satan and all the evil spirits,
who roam throughout the world seeking the ruin of souls.

  31. HeatherPA says:

    I enjoy the tag “idiots”.
Next time, (oh yes, of course there will be a next time, and that right soon), may I suggest also the tag “satan”?

  32. Kerry says:

Frjim, it is their sacrament. That the same word is used to describe both the sacred and the profane does not invalidate the sacred. Their behavior is sacrilegious. Would this behavior change with genuine conversion, and respect for genuine sacraments? Of course.

  33. kimberley jean says:

Every-time I see Femen I think of the Manson family.

  34. Sonshine135 says:

There are no Knights of Columbus Councils in Spain of which I am aware. I cannot speak for the Knights of Malta. Knights cannot around the Bishop 100% of the time. We are around for most public appearances, but we aren’t his paid personal bodyguards either. I assume the above happened when the Bishop was walking to Mass. If a Bishop in the US were to walk to church, with a request, we would be present to walk with him. If he doesn’t request the escort, we won’t be there. If we openly see a Priest or Bishop under attack, it is our obligation to do something, no matter where we are.

  35. TiffC says:

I think what these women did is awful. But I also think we need to show them our compassion. People who do these things and show that kind of anger are usually hurting in the worst way. I wouldn’t be surprised if many of these women had been hurt by abortion in some way and this is how they’re dealing with it.

  36. Priam1184 says:

@TiffC The women in that video are only agents, puppets if you will. They were pumped up with radical ideology and sent out into the streets. Probably you are right, those women just like the brownshirts of an earlier time have most likely led difficult lives and were most likely encouraged in the behavior that made their lives so difficult by the people who sent them into the streets.

  37. LadyMarchmain says:

Priam and TiffC, thank you for your insights. These women have gone over the rails and must be deeply disturbed and damaged. How much rage is burning them up inside, and the ferocity of the attack only suggests deep inner distress and conflict. Who is behind these events? (Besides the arch-Enemy). Someone is organizing these?

  38. BGrace says:

It is interesting to me how many people these days seem to WANT to go to hell. Literally.

  39. Mike says:

On a separate note, believe it or not, I had never heard of the movie The Cardinal until this blog post. It should arrive from Amazon today; I’m looking forward to viewing it after work.

  40. LadyMarchmain says:

Mike, you will find it really interesting viewing. The scene showing the future cardinal’s ordination has always had a huge impact on me. Another of that era–the Scarlet and the Black (with Sir John Gielgud turning in a great performance as Pope Pius XII)
