Thank you Fathers for wearing your clerical garb while traveling. Wishing you a safe and rewarding trip.
God bless you all. Safe and happy trails!
Have a safe and lovely trip! If you get a chance to do so in Rome, visit the Domus Aurea, the underground excavation of Nero’s palace. It’s fascinating and unforgettable. Most tourists never go there.
Julia: I’ve been in the Domus Aurea a few times, but many years ago. I hear it has been shored up – a good thing.
acardnal: I usually do. When I boarded the Rome flight one of the crew said that she hadn’t seen a priest in a while. That strikes me as odd if she does the Rome flight often. There are three whom I’ve seen today, including myself.
Padre ,
You running into Fr. Longenecker on the same flight = too cool !
Tell me the holy angels don’t arrange certain things on occasion.
Thank you for the smile, and I echo acardnal’s wishes/prayers for a safe trip and a safe return.
Prayers for your safe travels. Fr. Z. Enjoy everything and share maybe a few pics?
Safe travels Pater Zed. I’m flying over for Sacra Liturgia on May 28th.
Safe travels Fr. Z, Fr. Longenecker, and iPadre. A wise priest here on this blog once mentioned that the food in Rome is excellent.
The two best Catholic bloggers on the same plane? Maybe not a good idea just in case but thankfully the plane made it so the World is safe!
????????? Judging by your meal photos and movie recommendations, I’m guessing Japanese isn’t your first asiatic language. Which program are you using?
Heh, I guess the comment box can’t handle Chinese characters. Oops…
