It has been decades since I’ve had an opportunity to play chess. I would probably move the black knight and force White to choose between sacrificing their queen or rook. I used to teach little kids how to play and I would always advise them to never box in their bishops (or rooks either) and this set up is as good an example of why as they come. A pawn is an excellent body shield, I’d tell them. A bishop is better used as an offensive piece.
