Black doesn’t have too many legal moves, so for any other legal move, 2. Qh7#. I think this would also be mate in the other scenario, but no harm taking the queen while you’re at it.

According to yacpdb.org, the composer is Laurent Bouchez. The problem was published in Sakkélet, 1998.
