Love the rabbit!
We process about 6 rabbits a month for our table per a month. Rabbit is really good food and the cheapest meat on our table to produce.
Fr. Z. I feel so bad for you having to pay those Health Care Insurance Bills. I am serious. We have such good friends in the former USA who are financially in a hole because of their health insurance problems. The are RUINED because of their health insurance bills. Their credit is ruined. Their health is ruined because of the stress alone and the poor health care they are getting that is just not helping them to become healthier but often makes them more sick and sometimes leads to worse things.
Ya know your doctor is the only service provider who gets paid more when your problem is not solved.
An economy of scale; for Thomas (16 years old), Lori and I, we pay the equivalent of $40 a month for 100% coverage. No deductible no CO Pay. Our health care is awesome! We have had two major emergencies and have had to use the hospital system. One was an accident where some steel fell on me and caused a brain bleed. NOT GOOD. 1 hour ambulance drive and 2 days in ICU and no charge. Thomas had an emergency appendectomy with 1 hour ambulance ride and 3 days in hospital and it was 100% covered.
Our health care is just as bad as in the former USA but 100% cheaper.
I had 3 elective MRIs here to check on my deteriorating spine and I went to the private pay at the door clinic = $400.00! Using the same MRI machine as in the former USA.
You have our prayers and support. The fact is that Hospitals are stealing from you and you have no choice! It is terrible. Jim in Chile.
