I can’t even tell what is going on here.
I’m pretty sure it’s supposed to be a liturgical dance.
“Ineffable,” though, isn’t really a feeling.
Wasn’t that from the Mass for His Excellency, Shiek Yaboodi?
Not to rain on anyone’s parade, but that picture is a hoax. It was photoshopped.
The picture is distasteful/unsavoury (and disrespectfull and sacrilgegous) – and it is as well unsavoury to post such a photo.
Royce, agreed.
This isn’t ineffable.
It’s pretty well effed.
Ahh! The \”King Herods\” of the Church who seek to have the head of \”John the Baptist\” (i.e., our Sacred Liturgy) on the platter all so that the daughter of Herodias (i.e., the seductive lure of Protestantism) should dance before him and become pleased!
What\’s next to this depravity?
Naked female pagan dancers to placate the goddess who they will next worship in the name of syncretism?
And to be amused… – I am ashamed (and scandalized)!
(why not delete this Your own post – would be a good job!)

I can believe that. She looks young. So not likely a real liturgical dancer.
To Kristen and Scott W.:
Doesn’t looked shopped to me.
There are “Demotivational Poster” generators that people can make with any picture and text, if that’s what you mean by shopped. But the original picture is just framed with text added.
Sadly, it’s probably not photoshopped. Our “liturgist” was very fond of woggling her derriere around in front of people as she offered her bowls of incense to something or another (yes, I live in the Diocese of St. Augustine). She did get fired – for other reasons, unfortunately – but people seem to feel that dress like this is just perfectly fine for Mass. In fact, this woman is probably a bit more covered up than many of the tourists who pass through here!
