UPDATE: Fr. Reginald Foster

Fr. Reginald Foster, famous American Carmelite Latinist who works for the Holy See, is still in the hospital, but he is doing much better.  He has visitors who write with the latest news and they sound positive.

Fr. Foster was told about your prayers and, as one source reports,he "indicated his opinion of the Internet (eyes rolling and humorous exasperation quite plain)".  Furthermore,

I told him many people all over the world were praying for him, many in Latin and some even in Hebrew and he indicated that he was honored, joking how the prayers were obviously better because of the ancient languages.

Will you continue to say prayers for him?   Those who read the blog and visit him are sure to mention that you are storming heaven for his recovery.
