Before I left the house today I downloaded it in a few seconds from Amazon into my Kindle App on the iPad and I began reading it this morning on the commute into NYC. I look forward to finishing it. At this price, it should be within grasp of everyone!

I pre-ordered it yesterday and it downloaded automatically when I opened the Kindle app on my iPad this morning.
I was surprised to find that it contains only ten pages from Cardinal Dolan – apparently written for a speech at Fordham. The rest is a thirteen page excerpt from John Allen’s book on Cardinal Dolan.
But it costs only 99¢
