Praying! God bless him!
A Consecration and Litany of the Sacred Heart of Jesus! Our local TLM priest has asked this of us for the month of June. Our family will offer this to Father Finigan.
Praying.
May God prosper him.
Praying that Our Lady and all saints intercede and ask God to reverse the effects of the stroke on Father Tim.
Of course; I will indeed. Fr Finnegan has been in ‘internet regular’ for so many years. We need his good sense.
Prayers for sure. May God’s mercy bring him complete healing.
Prayers for sure. May God’s mercy bring him complete healing.
Prayers for you, Fr. Finigan. Ask for any therapy you need, Speech, Occupational, etc., and work at it, but be patient. There is usually a lot of healing in the months after a stroke. God be with you!
Prayers offered for Fr. Finigan’s recovery and for his future good health.
Father Finigan is great priest! I have read his blog for years and benefitted enormously from his spiritual insights.
God speed his recovery!
Praying.

Will pray for him.
This is sad news indeed. Father Tim Finigan “once, so gloriously, of Blackfen” * (Kent, England), as Fr John Hunwicke described him recently, is a very fine orthodox Catholic priest. Father Tim has been suffering from some serious health issues these last years, although he is still only in his early sixties I believe. He celebrates the Traditional Latin Mass with great reverence and he has a great devotion to Our Blessed Lady.
* When he was the popular parish priest of Our Lady of the Rosary at Blackfen, Catholics flocked to his Church from miles around. The congregation kept on growing and growing until suddenly, for no apparent reason, he was transferred far away to a seaside town. He never complained though and began to build up his new parish until his grave heart problems started.
This faithful traditional Catholic priest will most certainly be in my prayers. God bless him, and all our good holy priests in these difficult times.
