Did you see the Cowgirl‘s contribution to Super Bowl Food?

I said it before, I’ll say it again.

If I ever get to that part of Oklahoma, I would like to meet this gal.  She is an artist.

    I’d approach that Spam with fear. Does any treatment make Spam edible? LOL

    lol Tina in Ashburn, the combination of hickory smoke, cayenne, brown sugar and a spritz of whiskey transforms spam into something delicious! Hope you give it a try. :)

    Father Z, I just went over to her site and saw the pictures of her ‘feast’…wow! She is one heckva cook! My stomach was growling with hunger!
    I hope that you get to meet her in Oklahoma someday!
    Maybe there’s a cookbook in the works-hey, you never know [ as the NY State Lottery guy says]!

    “I don’t like Spam.”

    “I’ll eat your spam. I luv Spam.”

    No matter what one does to Spam, it is still Spam. However, everything else looked great. Am I the only one in America, besides my aged Ps, who did not go to a Superbowl Party?

    Spam is a venerable breakfast food. Pan fry slices and serve with scrambled eggs, which are cooked in the same pan right after the spam. In fact, you could get fancy and dice the just-cooked spam and add to the eggs while they are cooking.
    But Cowgirl’s spam recipe sounds MUCH better!

    Supertradmum-I didn’t go to a Super Bowl party, so you don’t have to feel alone. I came home to eat my solitary dinner of one pork chop, a bowl of corn, a dish of black olives, a plate of potato chips and pretzel sticks, and a mug of ice tea. I listened to the game on the radio-no TV.
    Could have had pizza and wings, like I did last year in a motel room, but not this time. Have to be careful of my money.

    Bacon wrapped corn – I will remember that for this summer’s grilling feasts…..
