    Fr. Z,

    Thou art making me really jealous! All of the good Chinese restaurants on the east side of St. Louis have shut down. All we have is that buffet junk. Bu hao!

    This Sinophile is jonesing for some good Chinese food!

  8. Catholic girl Kate says:

    Please tell me those round greenie things are not crumbed eye-balls. I have always been suspicious of Chinese food since my Dad used to take us to Chinese restaurants to tease us about the ingredients when we were children. ALL dim sims are minced cat meat you know.

    @Kate:
    or baby seal, or giraffe, or St Bernard puppies, or whatever else comes in handy, as long as it’s carefully tenderized and minced, and cute. And it all tastes great!
