Assuming those are 12″ cinder-blocks, that rat was between 8-10 inches long from what I can see!!!!! I have a full grown (if smallish) cat that size!

I’m betting most cats would not want to take on that rat.

    “…like a Third World country… half don’t have jobs…hundreds of buildings uninhabitable…” -Bernie Sanders, Baltimore Sun Dec. 8, 2015

“…gave those who wished to destroy space to do that.” Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake after the 2015 Baltimore riots April 25, 2015, CBS Local

Baptist Rev. Heber “the System is Evil” Brown III of Baltimore, on Democracy Now May 24, 2016. Transcript:

“…people more and more are saying, “Enough with looking to the legal system or to City Hall to provide justice for us. We can work ourselves.” And so, with Baltimore United for Change, we are involved in organizing and building for power. And what that means on the ground is establishing black-led organizations, supporting black-led organizations, from public policy think tanks to freedom schools to solidarity economies and cooperative economics, to even an alternative food system. We are taking the role and responsibility to define what justice should look like for us, instead of waiting for these systems to tell us what justice should look like.”

The Baltimore Sun, August 9, 2017 “Democrats Have Failed Baltimore- and Maryland” by Sam Faddis:

“In short, the Democratic Party, at every level — local, state and federal — remains completely ineffectual and continues to fail the people of Baltimore at every turn. This is no new development. That fact is that the Democratic Party has failed Baltimore and every other major American city for the last 50 years. What were once the shining examples of American progress have become abandoned shells inhabited primarily by those who do not have the means to move elsewhere.”

Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh touring East Baltimore, Baltimore Sun September 12, 2018, video aired on FOX Local.

“What the hell? We should just take all this [expletive] down.”

“Whoa, you can smell the rats.”
