for beginners and advanced musicians
June 28 (Mon.) & 29 (Tues.)

Morning Workshop
When: 10:00am – 12:00pm, Mon. & Tues.
(9:30am Registration on Monday)
Where: St. Anthony’s High School, Chorus Room
Fee: $25
Evening Workshop
When: 7:30pm – 9:30pm, Mon. & Tues.
(7:00pm Registration on Monday)
Where: St. Anthony’s High School, Chorus Room
Fee: $25

Donations also welcome.

name, phone number, singing experience, and chant experience.
Fee due at registration.

Depending on the number of registrants taking the train, we can arrange for a shuttle from
the Huntington train station please let us know when you RSVP.

    There’s a chant workshop as part of the SE Liturgical Music Symposium . . . .

    BUT . . . a certain yucky composer will be there too.

    That’s one ‘breakout group’ I’m certainly going to avoid!

    Good News for LI, it has been a musical wasteland for far too long…Proud to hear it is happenin in my neck of the woods. A worthy endeavor for sure. I pray it is full.

    There’s the wonderful Carmel in Brooklyn out there though at 361 Highland Blvd. .. though not technically Long Island. I have a friend who recently entered there. They pray the Divine Office (Liturgia Horarum) all in Latin and use a lot of Gregorian chant. The monastery used to belong to the Lithuanian Franciscan Fathers .. and before that one of the buildings was a mansion. Beautiful community! God bless!
