From a reader:
Please pray for Fr. Alex, one of our dear young priests here in WI. He was diagnosed with leukemia about a month ago and an infection took possession of him. He had a muscle removed in his leg to the knee yesterday and remains in critical condition. Please pray for both a miracle and a holy death, whichever be the Holy Will of God. Spread the word to all those who had prayed for Maria to pray for him. He offered many Masses and sacrifices for her. He is a beautiful, saintly priest. He was just ordained on July 31, 2009. If you would like a face to go with your prayers, he is on my sidebar of my blog www.TrinityAcres.blogspot.com
Please also pray for his family, the Society of Jesus Christ the Priest and all of us who are suffering during this time of waiting.
Prayers on the way! Will remember him at mass tonight too.
Prayers as soon as asked.

Father,
a friend of mine beat leukemia by eating raw food only (no meats). It took two years. And by now I have heard of similar cases elswhere.
Prayers complete.

“Remember O Most Gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known…”
Consider it done.
And you can read up on his Ordination here, if you’d like (Fr. Alex is the one on the right side of the picture) (click the pic).
God Bless Fr. Alex and their whole order. They are doing wonderful work.
Praying.
Fr. Alex is one of the young priests who has been saying Mass for the Cistercian Nuns of Valley of Our Lady, whose altar bread video Fr. Z. posted last week. Sr. Roberta had told me his story and what a remarkable young priest he is. Please do pray for him.

There was a memorable interview with Fr. Alex a couple of months ago on our local Relevant Radio affiliate. Sort of a “vocations vignette.” Speaking of seminarians who left before ordination, he said ‘some are in love with the IDEA of the priesthood. A man who is truly called is in love WITH JESUS CHRIST.’ Fr. Alex is clearly in love with our Lord, as all who know him can attest. My prayers in the Adoration chapel tonight for his recovery!
