You got it – even without asking. Can I vote like a Democrat i.e. early & often?
I voted for you about an hour ago.
I’ve done the deed as requested, Fr Z ;-)
I voted but not at all sure it registered. All so convoluted to the e-challenged! What name do they want? what password? Better spell this out, Father Z, because some out here in e-land don’t really understand what we’re doing.
William, in order to vote, you must register for a free user-account on that website. Just pick a username and password of your own choice, use your email address. Then you get an email in your email inbox, click on it to activate your account, and then you can vote for Father Z by clicking on the link he provided.
Thank you, Magpie.
. . . think this site gets a WAY LOT of traffic and has the best links to stuff going around, but Anthony Ruff has done a smashing job over at http://www.praytellblog.com and maybe this year should be his . . .
Fr. Jim, can’t agree with you on that… the blog link you spam before us is aesthetically and technically very well done, but it’s just an echobox of griping that does very little to advance the discussion about liturgical translations. Yeah, this blog has it’s own ‘Amen’ section as well, but I tell you what, my excitement and anticipation for these new English translations is borne out of learning so much more about the life and culture and wisdom and history and beauty of the Church and her liturgy, rather than simply the political skirmishes which surround it. Fr. Z brings it home on all fronts. The WDTPRS reviews of each week’s propers are unparalleled in insight, wisdom, and wit. In my humble opinion, using this opportunity to go back to basics surrounding the liturgy to re-examine what the prayers really say in the context of the great legacy of the Church is exactly the jump-start needed to spur on a new season of renewal. I cannot thank you enough, Fr. Z. You have my vote. Heck, it’s been a while, I’m going to go over and throw something in your ‘virtual guitar case’ as well. Oh, by the way, keep the change… throw away the guitar. –Fr. CN
Done !
Done.
I just voted. Fr Z is only winning by 1 vote
I added my vote for WDTPRS.
