REQUEST TO READERS

Prayers today, please.  I have a few daunting tasks during the day.

Perhaps in your kindness you would ask God to send His holy Angels to protect me and all other readers here, who have need, from all spiritual and temporal harm.

    May the Lord our God preserve you in the grace He has given you, and may He deign to enlighten yet more the eyes He has opened, through His only Son, the Lord God our King and Savior, through Whom and with Whom be there to Him, together with the Holy Ghost, praise, honor, glory, magnificence, from all ages, and now, and for ever and ever, world without end. Praying for your Father.
    And for good measure, to one of my favorite intercessors for you.

    Saint Michael the Archangel,
    defend us in battle.
    Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil.
    May God rebuke him, we humbly pray;
    and do Thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host -
    by the Divine Power of God -
    cast into hell, satan and all the evil spirits,
    who roam throughout the world seeking the ruin of souls.

    Amen.

    You are in my daily intentions for priests. Because you are asking on a more regular basis now, I will add the intentions of the faithful who participate in this blog to my prayer list. Priests are prayed for on the Glorious mysteries, the faithful are prayed for on the Joyous Mysteries and the dead are prayed for on the Sorrowful Mysteries. Please know that you are kept close, Fr. Z. Has been that way since I met you, all those years ago…
