I have sometimes said, and I am not alone in saying it, that in the religion of liberalism abortion is like a sacrament.
I just read this on LifeNews.com about the new head of Planned Parenthood’s abortion super-store in Texas.
New Head of Biggest Planned Parenthood Says Abortion Sacred
by Sarah Crawford | Houston, TX | LifeNews.com | 2/9/12 12:21 PMA Planned Parenthood affiliate’s newest president and CEO said in an official statement that she regards her work for the biggest abortion business in America to be a holy profession.
Melaney Linton, who will now oversee Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast, is determined to further the Life-ending work of Planned Parenthood:
“I am honored and humbled to be entrusted with such a sacred duty…I pledge to do everything in my power to fight back against the ideological attacks on Planned Parenthood and women, so that no teen will ever say she didn’t know how she got pregnant, no one will ever be denied basic reproductive health care, and no woman will ever be forced to bear children she cannot adequately support.”
[…]
Planned Parenthood receives tax dollars. It was originally set up with eugenicist goals to exterminate black people. It promotes promsicuity so that it can make more money from the abortions that result.
Planned Parenthood is a killing machine.
This enormous Planned Parenthood super-facility is where the Democrats in Houston chose
to have their Christmas party last year. If abortion is a sacrament to Planned Parenthood, then
the Democrats are their Jesuits.
She failed to mention adoption services in her statement….. If adopting isnt planned parenthood- I don’t know what is.
Here is Sanger’s “The Pivot of Civilization.” It’s all there in her own words. A big, conveniently vague code word is “feeble-minded.” That could mean immigrants, people with dark complexions, and it could all too easily mean the politically or ideologically unpopular — those guilty of thoughtcrime.

Some juicy eugenic creepiness:
And for good measure: “Appendix: Principles and Aims of the American Birth Control League,” at the end:
Sanger in this stage appears opposed to abortion and infanticide, but appears in willful denial that they are the destination of campaigns for contraception, and that euthanasia is the destination of marking anyone as “defective” or saying they should not have been born.
completely horrific, there just are no words to adequately express my sentiments
I feel sick, literally.
Oh my soul. Dear Lord, please help us.
” . . . and no woman will ever be forced to bear children she cannot adequately support.” which means, exactly, what? that a woman who cannot support her kids, rather than being forced to endure them, can bump them off? what if she just can’t bear to be around them, but has plenty of money? because i daresay every child is at one time or another unbearable. i surely was. a practice i have continued into middle age.
it amazes me that the abortion religion/industry is actually putting a price — and a pretty low one — on human life. it amazes me even more that the country isn’t arising in outrage over that fact.
“ideological attacks on Planned Parenthood and women”
– Not women… just the ideological insanity of Planned Parenthood!
“so that no teen will ever say she didn’t know how she got pregnant”
– LoL! They need Planned Parenthood to break it down for them?
“no one will ever be denied basic reproductive health care”
– More like everyone will preferably be discouraged basic reproductivity… maybe eventually denied if Margaret Sanger gets her way
“no woman will ever be forced to bear children she cannot adequately support”
– No woman is forced to do things that will give her children she can’t adequately support either, that doesn’t make murder as a solution okay… And what about the inconvenient truth that sometimes it’s not the women who don’t want that child, but her lover or parents or pimp who drags her there? It’s nice that Planned Parenthood takes care of those clientele too and respects their privacy and doesn’t get other inconvenient authorities involved!
Saint Michael the Archangel,
defend us in battle.
Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray;
and do Thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host –
by the Divine Power of God –
cast into hell, satan and all the evil spirits,
who roam throughout the world seeking the ruin of souls.
Amen.
A new Catherine Montvoison?
“Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who substitute darkness for light and light for darkness; Who substitute bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!” Isaiah 5:20 NASB
Ms. Linton can say what she pleases, but our Lord will not be fooled.
Pope John Paul II, Humanae Vitae, and the Theology of the Body, by Charles W. Norris, M.D.
No, she’s quite right. Her duty is, indeed, set apart. It just happens to be set apart from good.
Next door to where I studied for ordination was the Episcopal Divinity School, where a dean famously chanted in an address: “Abortion is a blessing.”
I can see a direct to DVD documentary on abortion and PP called “The Killing Machine”
I remember reading somewhere that abortion is an actual sacrament of the church of Satan. I have also read of strange things happening when prayers of exorcism are said outside of abortion clinics (power going out etc.). Have you heard anything credible on this or do you have any thoughts?
Blasphemy.
I just tasted vomit in my mouth.
That is satanic.
I don’t think i’m gonna be sick, I know i’m gonna be sick.
This is truly disgusting.
OLO Guadalupe, please Pray for Us!
I am sitting in an Internet cafe, having just listened to a Protestant religious discussion group who stood up for “abortion rights.” They criticised Catholics for being anti-Christian because they are against abortion. After all, if we “love our neighbor” we will not interfere with their belief in the “good” of abortion. These people were far gone to the abortion camp – and very anto-Catholic. Seems like a disease. But, then, I live in Minnesota, the Land of Liberals, and get exposed to this sort of rot frequently. At least the group finally left the Internet cafe and all is quiet and seemingly sane, again.

A quote comes to mind…
“O brave new world …” By some malice of his memory the Savage found himself repeating Miranda’s words. “O brave new world that has such people in it.”
These are the words that John, the Savage, utters as he is being introduced the the “civilized” world of eugenics, sterility and drugs in Aldous Huxley’s “Brave New World” (1932). Along with “Lord of the World” (Fr. Robert Hugh Benson, 1907), these two volumes portrait quite accurately what we experience in today’s society. Indeed, the quote from PP’s Gulf Coast Director would be easily at home in either one of these books. Those who read them know what I mean. Those who didn’t, please, take a pick, as they are freely available.
This woman is late to the fair. The Episcopalians have been doing this for years. From Virtue Online:
The Episcopalians not only believe that abortion is a sacrament, they teach that in their divinity school.
(reason # 204957 that I am now a Catholic)
“no one will ever be denied basic reproductive health care, ”
Yeah, right. Unless, of course, she just doesn’t have the money to pay PP for their increasingly expensive services. Abby Johnson’s book “Unplanned” makes it clear that money is the bottom line with them, and since the non-abortion activities are loss-making they have started to ramp-up their abortions, particularly late-term, which is where the money is. In fact their whole business model is focused on increasing abortions. And all the while masquerading as “caring”, “compassionate”, “enabling” blahdy-blah. The Father of Lies is smiling.
To emphasise that the racism of Sanger has never gone away, LifeSite reveals that their latest Strategic Plan for Africa 2012-2015 aims to increase abortions by 82%
Incidentally, Ms. Johnson with her family has now left the Episcopal Church because of its “pro choice” stance and is taking instruction in the Catholic Church.
AnAmericanMother: I knew that name rang a bell ! Here we have Ms Ragsdale from 2009:
“These are the two things I want you, please, to remember – abortion is a blessing and our work is not done. Let me hear you say it: abortion is a blessing and our work is not done.”
And she finishes: “all of you who protect this blessing… the health care providers, doctors, nurses, technicians, receptionists, who put your lives on the line to care for others, you are heroes — in my eyes, you are saints; the escorts and the activists; the lobbyists and the clinic defenders; all of you. You’re engaged in holy work.”
Well, the worship of evil apparently involves inverting everything truly holy…
Paulo, marvelous references, but I’ve already gone you one better:

This is disgusting!
May Our Lord and Our Immaculate Lady help us!
