Happy Birthday to our Pope Emeritus!
April 16, 2016 is the 10th anniversary of my mother’s death, who passed away Easter morning that year.
Happy Birthday to Pope Benedict! I miss him very much.
It is also my late Mother’s Bday, her Mother’s Bday, Charlie Chaplin’s Bday, and the date of St Bernadette death.
God bless the dear, dear man.
I firmly believe that the Church is a safer place while he is around- especially while he continues to communicate with his successor and is able to give the occasional interview. I continue to pray for him and am enormously grateful that he prays for the Church while remaining in “the enclosure of St. Peter’s.
Ad Multos Annos!
Thank you Father Z for saying this because I did not know. I know that in France tomorrow is Saint Bernadette of Lourdes. Pope Benedict you are missed in our family as well!

Ad multos annos and once again, thank you Pope Benedict XVI for Summorum Pontificum. We are forever grateful and hopeful that the TLM/EF will multiply worldwide.
He is always in my prayers, and I will say a rosary for him today on his birthday. Ad moltos annos.
Ad multos annos. I hope you are enjoying your retirement.
Thank you Pope Benedict for SP, the Regensburg Address, and many great books.
Happy 89th Birthday, Pope Benedict!
May Almighty God constantly bless this holy pope. Pope Benedict XVI’s papacy had (and still has) a profound effect on my growth in the Faith.
We pray for him in our daily prayers; after the rosary we say prayers for the Holy Father and then we add one for Pope Emeritus Benedict. God bless him!
