These LCWR sisters behave like tone deaf singers. They insist that they are absolutely *not* off key, when professionally trained musicians say they are. Wow, Vexilla, that was painful! It must have been hard to be her mother. Having a child who loves to sing but sings like a bad canary, it had to be rough.
Re: Florence Foster Jenkins: Her father apparently refused to pay for the lessons (sparing her mother, I suppose), so she was only able to complete her professional training after he died.
