“This blog is rather like a fusion of the Baroque ‘salon’ with its well-tuned harpsichord around which polite society gathered for entertainment and edification and, on the other hand, a Wild West “saloon” with its out-of-tune piano and swinging doors, where everyone has a gun and something to say. Nevertheless, we try to point our discussions back to what it is to be Catholic in this increasingly difficult age, to love God, and how to get to heaven.” - Fr. Z

Will you be in NY for the Pontifical Mass next week Father?? Church of the Holy Innocents I believe on the 25th.
Would it be possible for someone in Midtown Manhattan to greet you personally, perhaps even to toast Saint Joseph with you?
I have never been to NYC, but would really like to go one day, especially to see St. Patrick’s Cathedral, and other sights.
Animadversor: Sure! With pleasure. I am busy for a few days, but after that I have great flexibility.
I wish you could come to Upstate New York, Fr. Z-your readers in this neck of the woods could show you around the beauty of the Adirondack Mountains, as well as have you visit the Shrine of the North American Martyrs at Auriesville.
But if I had the money to come to NYC next time you visit, I’d like to meet you down there!
Well, thanks, Father. I believe that you have my email address, so please let me know when would be most convenient.
