Nobody ran out to help him? Those birds are vicious and aggressive. I’d like to let one loose in their cafeteria and see if they still find it funny.

[Pope Francis might call you a “sour puss”.]

  2. majuscule says:

LOL–turkey brought to you courtesy of FedEx?

  3. Cafea Fruor says:

It would appear the turkey was in a fowl mood.

  4. Thomas S says:

Not a sour puss, Father. Just someone who has to share a campus with these infernal creatures. The Nazgul flew on the backs of wild turkeys, didn’t they? [I think it was they flew with Wild Turkey. Wasn’t that it?]

  5. APX says:

I have the same sentiments towards UPS. When I lived on the top floor of an apartment building with no elevator, the UPS would never actually bring me my packages. He’d just leave the delivery notice on the inside of the apartment on my mailbox.

  6. Supertradmum says:

I still have not received my Christmas pressie via UPS….’nuff said. Maybe it will come tomorrow on my birthday. I love that turkey.

    But, who’s the turkey here?

  7. Facta Non Verba says:

I’ve had similar experiences with Canada geese on the running path in this same town.

  8. oldcanon2257 says:

A couple years back I visited Drottningholm Palace, one of the royal palaces in Sweden.

I was chased by a very aggressive mute swan. It took a few people to shoo the bird away.

Swans, geese, turkeys, etc. are powerful birds. I’ve seen them chasing dogs, cats AND people.
