I still think that we should make him king. It would be an “important” ceremonial position where he could constantly engage the media and his adoring supporters. He doesn’t really want to be president anyway so someone competent could then have that role. Win-win.
We’ve survived a 5-star general, CIA director, and a submarine XO (barely). A KGB colonel won’t be all that bad. What frightens me is a former junior US senator.
